Once a request goes out on Science Exchange, you shouldn't have to hunt across email and shared drives to track it. This walkthrough shows the project workspace that gets created the moment a request is submitted, where the status, supplier details, and every conversation tied to that project live in one place.

From there, you can see how communication works in the Collaborate tab (message the supplier directly or keep a note internal to your team), how shared files like protocols, reports, and SOWs live in Attachments, and how to loop in a colleague through the Requester Team tab so they can see the request, join the conversation, and access files right away.
